More about his military career:

After leaving school in 1996, Luke passed his basic training and completed his training as a Vehicle Mechanic. After a few years, Luke decided to change his career to work on the finance side of the Army, gaining over 20 years’ experience.

During this time Luke completed extensive courses to equip him to run the Unit Financial Accounts; This role included maintaining multiple Regimental accounts, ensuring compliance with UK financial legislation and regulations. He was also responsible for payroll, allowances and expenses of Military personnel.

He went on to complete a total of 26 years Military Service. Operating in the UK, as well as overseas in Germany, Canada, USA, Poland. He has deployed on Operations to Bosnia, Iraq and Estonia.

Whilst in the UK, overseas or on Operations, he has maintained the high level of attention to detail and standards that is required whilst working in the Finance sector.

He was awarded the Long Service and Good Conduct medal for his long career and Exemplary Service.
