Military Background

James joined the Royal Marines Commandos in 2010, he served on operational deployments overseas - eventually specialising as a driver and vehicle mechanic. After leaving in 2019 to start a family, he found civilian life challenging — which led him to launch Boots on the Ground in 2021, transforming his military skills into a successful landscaping business.
