More about Simon:

Simon is a Royal Navy veteran with 12 years of service, his practice was born from firsthand experience of the impact mental health can have both within the military and beyond. After witnessing how emotional struggles affected friends, family, and colleagues during and after service, he was drawn to counselling as a way to support others through their own journeys.

Now, as a qualified therapist, he offers a calm, compassionate space for adults navigating anxiety, identity, trauma, neurodivergence, and life transitions.

His approach is humanistic and integrative, grounded in person-centred, Gestalt, and existential principles. Whether you're a fellow veteran or simply seeking space to be heard, Coastal Path Counselling is here to walk your path with you.
