After a full career in the 𝗔𝗿𝗺𝗲𝗱 𝗙𝗼𝗿𝗰𝗲𝘀, Glenn founded 𝗛𝗼𝘄𝗮𝘁𝘀 𝗖𝗵𝗶𝗺𝗻𝗲𝘆 𝗦𝘄𝗲𝗲𝗽𝘀 in 2014. He chose the 𝗚𝘂𝗶𝗹𝗱 𝗼𝗳 𝗠𝗮𝘀𝘁𝗲𝗿 𝗖𝗵𝗶𝗺𝗻𝗲𝘆 𝗦𝘄𝗲𝗲𝗽𝘀 for his training to guarantee customers receive the 𝗵𝗶𝗴𝗵𝗲𝘀𝘁 𝘀𝘁𝗮𝗻𝗱𝗮𝗿𝗱𝘀 𝗼𝗳 𝘀𝗮𝗳𝗲𝘁𝘆, 𝗰𝗹𝗲𝗮𝗻𝗹𝗶𝗻𝗲𝘀𝘀 𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝗰𝘂𝘀𝘁𝗼𝗺𝗲𝗿 𝗰𝗮𝗿𝗲.
