Services Include:

๐ŸŒฟ Finding the Right Therapist for You โ€“ Integrative Counselling with Suzanne Wagg Counselling ๐ŸŒฟ

Finding the right therapist can feel daunting, and I understand how important it is to find the best fit for you.

Thereโ€™s no โ€œone-size-fits-allโ€ in counselling โ€“ every person is unique, and so is your journey. Iโ€™m happy to answer any questions you may have and provide the clarity you need to make the right decision.

What You Can Expect:

๐Ÿง  Client-led approach: Weโ€™ll work at your pace, starting wherever you are. Thereโ€™s no pressure, only a supportive space for you to explore whatโ€™s important.

๐ŸŒฑ Safe, confidential space: Whether face-to-face or online via Google Meet, I provide a setting where you can feel heard and understood.

๐Ÿ’ฌ Integrative, humanistic therapy: I draw from a variety of therapeutic approaches to best support you โ€“ because this is your journey.

๐ŸŒธ Open communication: If I feel that another type of support might be more beneficial for you, I will happily recommend alternatives.

My goal is to create a warm, non-judgmental environment where you can open up and move forward in a way that feels right for you. If you're ready to explore how counselling can help you navigate life's challenges, feel free to reach out for a conversation. Iโ€™m here to support you.

I know firsthand the emotional and psychological impact of an unexpected discharge, and how complex it can be to transition out of the military. This experience, combined with my family backgroundโ€”Iโ€™m married to a veteran and the daughter of a Navy man with 35 years of serviceโ€”has given me a well-rounded insight into military life and the unique challenges faced by both veterans and their families.

Military Background

I bring a unique perspective to my counselling practice, having served 12 years in the Royal Air Force from 1996 to 2008 before being medically discharged. My lived experience gives me a deep understanding of the challenges, language, and nuances of military lifeโ€”both for serving personnel and veterans.
