I used Terry to collect an old fridge and washing machine from a property I was renovating. I found out later that both these items had been fly tipped despite assurances they would be disposed of correctly. I was horrified and immediately reported it to BCP Council. Completely untrustworthy so I would avoid at all costs.

I chose the Veteran Van Man because I wanted a trustworthy person to collect and deliver a corner sofa to my daughter. I couldn’t have chosen a friendly more reliable person. They went out of their way to help. I would definitely use this service again and recommend to friends and family
