Military Background
Dr. Iain Lightfoot served 26 years in the military as a regular Weapons Engineer and Training Manager, followed by 10 years as a Reservist. His extensive service fostered resilience, discipline, and a passion for supporting others, which he now brings to his work as a hypnotherapist, coach, and associate lecturer.
