Military Background
Gareth is a 𝗵𝗶𝗴𝗵𝗹𝘆 𝗲𝘅𝗽𝗲𝗿𝗶𝗲𝗻𝗰𝗲𝗱 𝗕𝗿𝗶𝘁𝗶𝘀𝗵 𝗔𝗿𝗺𝘆 𝘃𝗲𝘁𝗲𝗿𝗮𝗻 with 14 years’ service in the 𝟭𝘀𝘁 𝗦𝘁𝗮𝗳𝗳𝗼𝗿𝗱𝘀𝗵𝗶𝗿𝗲 and 𝟯𝗿𝗱 𝗠𝗲𝗿𝗰𝗶𝗮𝗻 battalions. He completed multiple leadership courses and deployed on four operational tours, gaining extensive experience in demanding, high‑pressure environments.
